Creamy brie style cheese from France. Smooth, silky and very addictive

Rouzaire Brillat Savarin
Triple cream white mould cheese from Normandy in France with added creme fraich this is extravagant indulgence and very lovely with a glass of champagne

Milawa King River Gold
Our favourite local washed rind from the old butter room at Milawa dairy, best eaten when ripe and smelly. Fantastic with a glass of beer or Gewurztraminer

Quickes Red Leicester
If you are from the UK you will be very familiar with this orange annatto spice coloured cheese similar to cheddar but a slightly flakier texture.
Great with red wine or beer

Calendar Spring Cheddar
Black wax cheddar from east Gippsland made with high quality spring milk matured for a minimum of 18 months. Great with red wine or beer

Roquefort
France's most popular cheese made from unpasteurized sheep's milk and naturally ripened in underground caves. This cheese is best consumed with a glass of dessert wine
